Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 June 2026

By using Crosscast ("the app") you agree to these terms.

Use of the app

Crosscast connects to your own social and streaming accounts to display live data and to publish content you initiate. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the content you choose to publish through the app.

Platform rules

When the app interacts with a third-party platform (such as TikTok, Meta / Facebook / Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, or Rumble) on your behalf, you agree to comply with that platform's own terms of service and community guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring the content you post complies with each platform's policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to post spam, infringing, unlawful, or abusive content, or to attempt to bypass the limits or safety mechanisms of any connected platform.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Third-party platform APIs may change or become unavailable, which can affect functionality. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app or from changes to connected platforms.

Changes

These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
